This supports an individual Ayurvedic protocol specifying your recommended daily routine, including plans for your nutrition, exercise, breathing, sleeping, meditation, herbs, yoga, mantras and mudras.

BREATHING - PRANAYAMA AND MEDITATION

Breathing is essential for life. Correct breathing helps beat stress. Controlled breathing or Pranayama is a powerful technique to ease stress in almost all situations. It increases awareness and mindfulness. In her consultations, Lana will teach you the recommended methodology and breathing exercises, and will prescribe the right amount of each technique to meet your needs. Her treatments advocate for the regular practice of pranayama and meditation as well as the use of herbs to support body functioning.

Qualifications

Lana Arus’ current training as an Ayurvedic Doctor is from Kerala Ayurveda Academy. There, she completed a comprehensive clinical and Vedic studies internship.

She is a:

  • Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner, NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) member.

  • Certified Ayurvedic Assessment and Pulse Diagnosis 

  • Certified Panchakarma Technician 

  • Certified Ayurvedic Formulation Making 

  • Certified in Vedic Astrology

She also completed “The Happiness Program” at The Art of Living Foundation. This is a series of yogic breathing techniques, including the Sudarshan Kriya, linked with reduced stress and heightened energy, to bring back a clear, positive state of mind.
